Common questions.
Will I keep taking my diabetes medicine?
Never stop or change a medicine on your own. If a study requires a change, the study doctor explains it and it happens under medical supervision.
What is A1C?
A blood test that shows your average blood sugar over about three months. Many diabetes studies use it to decide who qualifies.
Will I need to check my blood sugar at home?
Some studies ask you to use a glucose meter or sensor, which the study provides at no cost.
